Sun Gazing

Has anyone here ever heard about the practice of sun gazing? I saw a show last night about it, it was weird.

Looking over it... I don't buy into their concepts of what all goes on when you sun gaze but I can see where it can help certain human ailments. The main one that comes to mind is depression.

It is said that walking 5 miles each day will do more to help with depression than any pharmaceutical there is out there.

Depression is helped by Vitamin D and the body creates or uses Vitamin D when sunlight comes in contact with the skin.

I think gardening would be a good treament to try for depression as well.

I think three hours in a room alone with the real SON would be a better medicine for health and a clear mind. But of course that's just my opinion.
