Pentecostal Choruses

I like the new worship choruses, but I enjoy the old choruses & wondered how many you remember.
There may be some we all know & some only a few can remember.

It's real, it's real,
I know it's real.
This Pentecosta blessing
And I know, I know it's real.

If you want to feel the presence of the Lord
You've got to praise him, lift your hands
And praise him.
If you want to feel him moving in your soul.
You've got to lift up your hands & praise the Lord.

Now repeat each one 50 times! That's what I remember most about them. LOL

The Pentecostal 7-11 songs do. (7 words, sung 11 times repeat x50) lol.

But I do have some favorites of songs through the years that have a meaning, and a message.

One of my favorites, I think, is How Great Thou Art, although it is not considered a "chorus", I still can't hardly hear that song without feeling praise for the Lord rise up in my heart.

While not necessarily 'Pentecostal' songs, there are a number of hymns sung by The Imperials that I absolutely love. Because He Lives is one example.

And yes, the songs sung over and over and over and over and over and over were so tiring that I STILL hear them in my fever dreams when I am sick.

I keep falling in love with Him, over and over and over and over again
I keep falling in love with Him, over and over and over and over again
He gets sweeter and sweeter as the days go by
Oh, what a love between my Lord and I
I keep falling in love with Him over and over and over and over again

Because He Lives is good but isn't he Bill Gaither?
I have a lot of the Imperials
Praist the Lord is a good one.
Didn't Russ Taff used to be the lead singer?
