Re: I Bought a House!!!

1. Change security code
2. Meeting with the painter tomorrow
3. Dad and brother coming tomorrow to switch out my kitchen lights
4. They will also rekey all my locks
5. Changing the door on the fridge to open from the right instead of the left
6. Brother taking the washer/dryer left with the house (I already have)
7. Painting sample colors in three of the rooms to make sure that's what I want
8. Come to the apt. to pack some more!

Congratulations, Renda! I am happy for you!

I still have boxes everywhere. I still have low energy levels. I have been back to work but only on restricted duty and will be for another week yet.

Thanks, Renda. I must say, it is driving me nuts, but I am trying to heroically restrain myself from showing it!! Also, my husband's homeless brother and nephew have been camping in our yard/sleeping on a couch. I am trying to look at that as a win/win right now, because they have helped us a lot in moving and getting our other house ready to sell. On the flip side, the extra cooking, grocery shopping and dishes are getting on my nerves. When they were helping us moving, I allowed it knowing that we desperately needed the help because of my illness, but I knew that "payment" would come. So, on top of the empty boxes and illness, I have company! I have been tallying up what they saved us with their help and as soon as we are "payed off"........... Well, let's hope it works that way anyway....

Re: I Bought a House!!!

Color's in the HOUSE!

More true to color in this pic -

Doesn't look like much color, but look at the crown mold and you can tell it's a light ice blue.
