I Bought A BBQ Grill!

After using a little table top BBQ for so many years I bought a BBQ at Wal Mart today for a good deal!

I am anxious to use it as those little table tops are restricted in what they can cook as it takes longer & can't get so hot, not to mention there is more cooking area!

Any good recipes, tricks, or marinades?

I gots to go put it together!

Do you mean you bought a grill? BBQ is food.

Re: I Bought A BBQ!

Marinate for Steaks... at least 4 hours... 6 or 8 hours is nice

1 part pineapple juice
3 parts soy sauce.

you might want to tweak it a little as you try it but that is the basic set up.

The pineapple juice does not impart a taste... but the acidity breaks the meat down so that it is very nice and tender.

Do you have a favourite meat to marinade?
