I was surprised to see tile in the dining room, but I think it'll be fine - - probably find a big rug to put in there for under the table and warm it up a bit!

I'm still going to paint a few of the rooms, but not as much as I was going to on the first house.

I saw the house----that is so sick!

The house is great & I am thrilled but a house like that for that price????
You can't even get a Condo in the cheap part of Vancouver that is run down for that price!!!!!!

We have oak flooring, but I would love to have Spanish tile!!!

Yes, check at Lowe's or Home Depot. I always run by the area rugs when I'm in the store - they always have something on sale.

I know Ron - - I feel blessed. My realtor told me tonight that same house would sell for $200K in Collierville and it's only about 15 minutes away from where my house is.

The school district is not so great in Cordova, but that doesn't matter to me. There seems to be a lot more people my age moving there now because of that fact (schools not mattering).

I hadn't even thought about them. I think I'll wait until I move in and get the feel of the house good before I shop for a rug. I can always add that!
