aww.. how cute... I did my kitchen in Watermelon and I was really picky about my "reds" too... now that I have phased most of that stuff out, I am trying to phase in my new theme...gradually as I have money.
Congrats on the new house!!! how awesome! What a blessing, it looks beautiful.

I'm just so anxious!!!
I'm having to wait three weeks before I make the offer to the owner. She has it listed and that contract runs out 6/30. She's been very unhappy with them and has asked to withdrawn their agreement, but as expected they are dragging their feet (they'll wait out 6/30) in hopes they get an offer. They've only given her a couple offers and they were way below her asking price and she's already got it listed for $20K less than she paid for it herself.
If someone comes in and offers her a good contract in the next six weeks (better than my offer), then it wasn't meant to be for me. That's the way I trust God in my situations.
Her daughter knows what my offer is and won't let her accept an offer under mine.
I'm just leaving it up to God now!

I just saw this. What an awesome place! I'd buy it in a heartbeat. What a great deal too! I feel the same way you do...if it's God's will, you'll get it the way you've offered it. If not, there is something better! I pray that you get it!!! Congrats!!
