Matthew 6:15" But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."
Thought you might want some scripture text for your morning service.
Be blessed, my brother!

Doesn't say anything about apologizing. Does it indicate that you need to forgive him even if he doesn't apologize?

No they don't and yes we do need to forgive even when they don't ask for it.
Speaks volumes of a man who can not apologize.

I'm not even mad at anyone, RevDww, but Biblically - Yes, I do!

Re: Interesting Article from a Conservative Aposto
I am very sad that we would have the courage to tear dow, destroy, fuss, fight, belittle and measure ourselves among ourselves...
It is human nature to defend who we love and tear down who we hate however KILLING is not KINGDOM nature. I will never speak evil of someone that has done far more than me even if I feel I have more outward holiness than them.
Do I agree wih everyone? Goodness no...but I have lived long enough to eat my harsh words a few times...so in the course of life I have tried to learn the lessons well not to judge...
At our prayer meeting last night I talked about how the people cheered jumped shouted through their coats down for the donkey that carried Jesus to tread on...and all the while they shouted Hosanna...yet just a few days later they cried crucify Him...
While the crowd shouted Jesus cried...they did not even know the hour of their visitation...
Dear ones, it is so easy to get on the bandwagon destroying others...if you are not careful you end up destroyed...

Re: Interesting Article from a Conservative Aposto
I would have to get my history books out but I believe it was a quarter of a millions Jews that were destroyed in 70 AD...we still remember the horrible stories of Titus and his armies surrounding Jerusalem...the choice city...the choice people...
Let us learn our lesson and listen to the word of God and His Prophets...Let us live in the light of eternity.

Put away the knife Ron.
Sheesh, I was joking with PO.
FTR, I'm a little lost here. What am I supposed to be sorry about?

Please note the laughing 'Smilie' at the end of my post.
Biblically we all do! When it comes down to it, I am only responsible for my actions and attitudes, even as I try to shape and persuade others to do good.
What a World it would be if we sought to "Do good" as much and more than we point out how bad others are compared to ourselves.
For the record, I being of sound mind, hereby declare that I am nothing with Jesus, my best is filthy rags without His cleaning power, my good is junk 'made in China' without His hand in it.
