Interesting Note... Seems like many Ultra Conservative Messages I've Heard...
Seem to bolster the Pastor's Position & Power among the people...

anybody else notice this?

I attend an conservative church, and out of the many preachers and pastors that I've heard preach in my church's pulpit I know of only 1 that seems to have that mentality. So I would have to disagree with you on this subject.

It could well be that most I've heard has been in conferences & meetings vs. regular church settings....

Not saying it's wrong... just seems to be prevalant...
