I oppose the death penalty and abortion.

This is not to say that I would not feel like personally killing someone who had injured one of my loved ones.
In fact, I have had to wage that particular battle.
I wish I could say that my walk with God enabled me to win, but it did not.
The only thing that saved me from revenge was the thought of my children growing up without a father.

I used to be for the death-penalty but I think I am against the death-penalty. Then I think of the case of James Byrd and can't see any punishment more fitting than the death penalty for his murderers.

In this case, all they had to do was test the gun with up to date testing proceudres and they would have been able to determine his innocence right away.
