Well, thanks for the kind remark about ol' number one above, but I don't feel like I would make a very good pastor...I get too compassionately radical about the NB and ONENESS as you know. But, a Frankenstein Pastor? What would one look like? Frankestein?

I used the term Frankenstein in a "loose sense" ...
In Mary Shelly's book, Frankenstein, the monster or THE CREATURE .. is a hodge podge of body parts ....
To make his creature, Victor Frankenstein "dabbled among the unhallowed damps of the grave" and frequented dissecting rooms and slaughterhouses ...
I've done the same here ... to create my Perfect Pastor Creature with the personality traits I admire in some our AFF preacher posters.

Gravitas (from Latin) is a quality of substance or depth of personality.
Gravitas (specifically dignity, seriousness, and duty) is one of the several virtues that ancient Roman society expected men to possess, along with pietas and dignitas.
"Gravitas" should not be confused with "gravity" in the sense of importance, although they have a common etymology, coming from the Latin for weightiness.

Daniel, I think this is one of the nicest posts you have made here. I am certain that the elders all will feel honored to a part of your ideal in perfection.

Everyone should give it a try ... creating your own ideal pastor is fun and thought-provoking ....
You can use the traits posters here at AFF ....
or of individual preachers that you may know outside of the forum ....
ex: the gravitas and charisma of Nathaniel Urshan, the integrity of James Kilgore, the servant-like attitude of Eli Hernandez, the humor of Jeff Arnold, the consecration of Manuel Alicea, etc
