Military Offered Rescue Team for Benghazi

According recent released emails, the military offered to send in a rescue team to help the folks at Beghazi.

This is the mystery. This is what will dog Hillary through the election. I say it's because the administration was trying hard to get reelected and had to do whatever it took to keep Benghazi looking like a riot vs. a terrorist attack.

If this was true, wouldn't we be hearing about this from Trey Gowdy and his posse of hustlers?
Or are they part of the conspiracy to purposefully kill the Americans at Benghazi too?
