What's Your Resting Heart Rate?

If you're laying in bed, take your pulse for 60 seconds. I'm interested in knowing your beat per minute.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

That was me a few months ago! I'd say it's time to see the doctor. Atrial Fibulation isn't scary serious but it's also not something you should just let go. A 24 hour monitor showed my heart rate jumping from "stopped" to over 200 beats per minute. So, the cardiologist did what's called a cardioversion and "jump started" or reset my heart. Now, with a new Rx added to my daily quota of blood pressure meds, my heart rate is nice and steady between 55-60 beats per minute.

Re: What's Your Resting Heart Rate?

yikes. did you know that if you are taking omega 3--an essential nutrient that should come naturally in your protein--that you cannot take blood thinners? Your heart is supposed to have some variability (tho 0-200 is extreme), and there are like 1000 things that you might rather do than Rx and doctors, imo.

Re: What's Your Resting Heart Rate?

Technically, a "resting heart" would have a rate of 0.
