11 Mass Shootings In The Last Year

Seen something on TV about the 11 mass shootings in the last year. The result is 85 dead. Not minimize them in the least. Aura and Newtown and the others were sad and tragic. But its clear that these mass shooting are brought to our attention with a clear agenda to disarm the American people. Why I dont know. Why dont they talk about the gun related homicide rates in places with strict gun laws like LA, NY, and Chicago? The sheep will fall for it and shout to have everyone's guns taken away. Sad really that people can be manipulated into turning over their freedoms. I think I need to get rid of my TV.

The same folks demanding gun control are the ones that destroyed the mental health system in this country 50 years ago, to release the sick onto the streets. Reform should not mean abandonment of all reason.

While they focus on guns, mental illness, and psychotic drugs in the cases are ignored.

Well said. A lot of these mass shooting are done by guys on psychotic drugs. Big Pharma wont let their products take the blame.

Also, if you make it illegal for a mentally ill person to get a gun, what stops that person from getting it on the black market?
