President Obama spoke from behind a podium emblazoned with the official presidential seal during a campaign event Wednesday morning in Las Vegas.

Obama was once against the practice of using the presidential seal, Twitchy notes. In 2010, then White House press secretary Robert Gibbs told CBS ”that at strictly political events we would not use” the seal.
