Michlow attends church twice in one day!!! Bystanders, shocked and amazed could be seen warily looking up, unsure if the ceiling would fall in, or if the world was ending.

I'm sure it won't be enough to satisfy the naysayers. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Hey, I am starting to go Sunday Mornings and to the "Church in the House" every other Wed too.
Yesterday was painful, but I won't give up going...just yet.

Is this where your family attends as well?

No...it is a community concept where every other Wed night a group of folks in neighborhoods across the city meet in a home and have a bible study/discussion (prepared and monitored by the pastor of course). It is pretty casual.
It disturbs me a little because the perspective (as I found out yesterday) is not to bring church to the community, but to bring the community to the church. This is a strong message because the former could spark churches splitting off or starting in the outer suburbs as a result of these groups.
Again, it doesn't matter if the city is reached, it only matters that we reach the city.
But then again, sometimes I am too cynical for my own good.
