Help..singing in a wedding
Ok, I have to sing in a wedding Saturday. The bride totally left the song selections up to me...
It's Thursday and I havent done anything. I've been sick with a bad cold for days and frankly, I forgot about it.
Can anyone suggest something easy? Something I probably already know but cant think of at the moment?
I have to pick up a sound track tonight....rehearsal is tomorrow night
fun fun fun

How about;
1. 50 ways to leave your lover
2. Lady Marmalade
3. Only the Lonely
4. All By Myself
5. Beauty & The Beast
If none of these appeal to you I have tons more!

Re: Help..singing in a wedding
Here I am trying to be a "helper" (as my first grade teacher used to say) and I just get laughed at. Some people are so cruel!

Re: Help..singing in a wedding
Now I don't know about easy but I sang "When God Made You" recently at a wedding and have the soundtracks.
My medium range version appears to be messed up but I have high and low range.
High range is the original key the demo is done in.
If you have high speed internet I can email them to you.
This song generally requires a male and female voice though so it may not help

Seriously, are you looking for a "Christian" wedding song, or secular?

OH MY
I JUST came across this song and have never heard it, I downloaded it and printed the lyrics..
I am seriously thinking of doing this one (alone) and From this moment...
GMTA
if you could email me the higher track, that would be fantastic. The demo version is too low in parts, but the higher one should be fine

probably "christian"
but either would work I think as long as it's not inappropriate for a church setting.
Have you ever heard of a bride just asking someone to sing and telling them to pick "whatever"?
LOL
