Are you saying that we will get a drought this season? Or the drought will come in the end of this season?

As far as the flotilla from Russia, it is an economic issue. Russia and Cuba are coming together where the United States left off. We use to have cruise ships going to Cuba. Orange man stopped that and sued the cruise liner companies for going to Cuba. So, the Russians are sending their people to Cuba to get sun tans, and spend some rubles.
