Love the rug and LOVED the house! I feel so privileged to have actually seen it in person and walked around peeking in the windows! The gardenias sold me, even if it had nothing else. But the good part is........it has all kinds of great features. I'm so proud for Renda for making this investment!

We closed yesterday. Exciting! My husband has the week off and is up there working. I'll be going to work soon and haven't been there yet!

Rates are up to 5.875!! Unreal!! We got 5.375 with points. It should have been under 5%!!

Here's the rug I found for my kitchen - - love it too! White cabinets, black/cherry table and decorate with fruit - mainly strawberries!
