LOl - you are exactly right~!
The apartment has been nice - no regrets at all, but it's been four years so I'm ready to reinvest my money instead of just throw it away.

Lovely home, nice features and great price!
The midwest is considered more reasonable than east or west coasts, but that house would go for lots more here.
(no basement? where's the tornado shelter? )

No basement around here - - - some of the older homes in midtown have them from the 40's, but nothing built after the 50's have basements.
