An illegal is committing a murder in America every 12 days, and that only includes those reported.

Sister if we haven't figured that out yet, then we aren't paying attention. You are truly gleefully following him.

"While the field of candidates for the next presidential election is still taking shape, at least one potential candidate, Senator Ted Cruz, was born in a Canadian hospital to a U.S. citizen mother.
Despite the happenstance of a birth across the border, there is no question that Senator Cruz has been a citizen from birth and is thus a "natural born Citizen" within the meaning of the Constitution. Indeed, because his father had also been resident in the United States, Senator Cruz would have been a "natural born Citizen" even under the Naturalization Act of 1790."
"Similarly, in 2008, one of the two major party candidates for President, Senator John McCain, was born outside the United States on a U.S. military base in the Panama Canal Zone to a U.S. citizen parent.
Despite a few spurious suggestions to the contrary, there is no serious question that Senator McCain was fully eligible to serve as President, wholly apart from any murky debate about the precise sovereign status of the Panama Canal Zone at the time of Senator McCain's birth."
"And for the same reasons, both Senator Barry Goldwater and Governor George Romney were eligible to serve as President although neither was born within a state. Senator Goldwater was born in Arizona before its statehood and was the Republican Party's presidential nominee in 1964, and Governor Romney was born in Mexico to U.S. citizen parents and unsuccessfully pursued the Republican nomination for President in 1968."
"To serve, an individual must be at least thirty-five years old and a "natural born Citizen." Thirty-four and a half is not enough and, for better or worse, a naturalized citizen cannot serve. But as Congress has recognized since the Founding, a person born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent is generally a U.S. citizen from birth with no need for naturalization. And the phrase "natural born Citizen" in the Constitution encompasses all such citizens from birth. Thus, an individual born to a U.S. citizen parent -- whether in California or Canada or the Canal Zone -- is a U.S. citizen from birth and is fully eligible to serve as President if the people so choose."

Yeah, I believe this was already debunked way back earlier in the thread. Notice the new definition though, it renders the distinction between a natural born citizen and any other citizen essentially irrelevant.
Words have no meaning anymore, the law has become whatever the talking heads want it to be.
Carry on!

FACT: A PERSON is a "natural born" citizen if they have citizenship at birth and don’t have to go through a naturalization process to become a citizen.
Ted Cruz IS A "natural born" citizen.
Carry on!
BTW, I remember, and couldn't find, the thread or post where you were whining about Ted Cruz supporting H1-B visa increases. Look at this new article today. I remember pointing out that Ted Cruz was also calling for increased educational funding for this very thing. He is spot on, once again.

Dallas Mayor Says His City is not a Viable Destination for High Tech Companies
Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings said that because of the failure of education, his city is not a viable destination for many companies, including the high tech industry.

Any important updates, during this campaign, can be found here. You don't have to thank me.
Did you know, concerning this IRAN deal - "Thanks to the victory at the Supreme Court by then-Texas Solicitor General Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) in Medellín v. Texas (2008), it is a settled principle in constitutional law that states cannot be forced to comply with international treaties unless Congress has passed statutes giving them effect."? http://www.breitbart.com/big-governm...the-iran-deal/
He has litigated, before the Supreme Court, many cases that are fundamentally important to the sovereignty of our country and important to our rights as Americans under the Constitution. And he was doing this before he thought about running for office.
Sure, I will follow him gleefully.

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
Today the Stop Iran DC Rally, Ted Cruz began to give a speech when Code Pink protesters showed up to interrupt his speech. Instead of calling security to have them removed, Cruz actually brought their spokesperson up to the podium and engaged her in a worthwhile debate about Iran. And it went on for over 20 minutes.

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
Senator Ted Cruz calls McConnell a liar on the Senate Floor today!
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) on Export-Import Bank Reauthorization
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) criticizes Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for filing an amendment to the highway funding bill to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank and preventing senators from offering additional amendments by filling the amendment tree. He calls Senator McConnell's actions "procedural abuse" and compares his tactics to those of now-Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) when he was majority leader.

Please, please, please, please, don't take me the wrong way, but why do I feel like I'm watching Kabuki Theatre?
Maybe a bit surreal?
It will be interesting to see this all play out.
