Let's not forget that Trump has praised Bashar al-Assad, lauded the accomplishments of the heavy handed Rodrigo Duterte's, and as we all know, Trump is rather cozy with Putin. And now Trump is rubbing elbows with Kim Jong-un. But that has to be seen in context and comparison. Trump has also continued berating NATO, the UN, Canada, Mexico, and other allies we've had for decades.

Let's step back and look at this. Clearly Trump is taking America to the dark side of the political world's spectrum.

Why are American Presidents getting a Peace prize for doing their job.Especially because what peace are we causing elsewhere? This whole think with NK was Trump's fault. Then him and Kim Jong Un had a tweet battle? And I believe Barak Obama, didn't deserve one at all. I stand with Jeff Arnold and his statement )not about the skin color) but about him being a homosexual (even though he used another word). All he did was make bathrooms a war zone especially at targets. Let anyone join the Army LBGTQXYZ. He did a lot to turn America into Sodom and Gommorah, all in the name of peace? I'll be honest all that did was cause confusion, and that is the opposite of peace!

Why wouldn't they give it to the ruler of China or Putin for that matter. As a token saying hey you had the capability of wiping everyone off the map and didn't, we applaud you, here's the Nobel Peace prize.

The whole thing's a sham.

A) invade NK and start a war to set the people free.
B) Trump demand from NK everything we think should be made right in their country and continue the rhetoric.
C) Start communication with NK build relations and begin to negotiate Via sanctions, trade, securities etc. with the trade out of less nuclear activity and increased human rights.

Trump approached North Korean talks as he had
real estate deals when he was a Manhattan developer.

He turned a blind eye to differences of principle and history – refusing to directly confront the reality that Kim oversees a vast police state, starves his citizens and assassinates his rivals – in the interest of completing a transaction.

Rather than approach Kim as a paria, Trump showered him with respect and even flattery, enthused to shake hands with a monstrous figure in part, perhaps, because his monstrosity is his source of power.

The meeting did not bring anything new, because Kim already said 4 weeks ago he would get rid of his nukes.
(I doubt that will actually happen)

The loser is Trump by committing to "No more war games, and we bring our military home."

That made Kim to winner of this meeting.

Last time I checked the US did not have 1000's of people starving in concentration camps.

Our prison population has skyrocketed over the last 25 years.

Separating children from parents at the border is barbaric.

We have our own skeletons in the national closet.
