This pastor had me the longest and knew me better than any pastor since. He's the one the Lord showed me I had put too high on that ministerial pedastal so He showed me some things about him to remind me he was just a man too. Lots of good memories about him. Some bad one too though. I just wish he hadn't died.
I am sorry Brother. We lost our pastor in January to cancer. It was devestating. He went to the doctor but it was for something else and
they found last stage of lymphoma. He believed God until the end.He had
no other option.
God is good and there are some good things that were put into your
life because of this man.He walked in shoe leather like everyone else.
The bible says God remembers we are but dust. Why He heals some and
others who are super faithful and faithfilled go on to be with Him we
will never know. Its up to Jesus.
Bro. Campbell was an incredible preacher. I am also saddened by this tragedy, but whether he went to the doctor or not, God was still in control! I heard there were almost 600 people at the funeral.... Hey, He has obtained what we are still striving for: HEAVEN !!!

I just got word that my former pastor, Bruce Campbell, has died at home. I don't generally make prayer requests, but I am asking y'all to please pray for this church family. Throw one in for me and my family too while you are at it.
