I know...that's why I can't pass it up! I just thought I had to stay in C'ville, but not for $40-50K more. Not worth it at all! It's a nice area! Just have to deal with a bit more traffic to/from work!

Congratulations! Love the house - especially love the bathroom. I bought you a couple of housewarming gifts. We always want special things for our home, ya know! You don't have to thank me!































Place this in front of the monkey grass that is on the right side of your walkway.





This is for the backyard next to your favorite Gardenia tree.
