I saw a house at lunch today and just loved it! So, since it's a great deal for all that it has to offer - I made a verbal offer right there on the spot.

Went by after work to make it all official and found out a couple hours ago that they accepted the offer!!!!

It's actually a bit bigger....about 1600 sq. feet.

It's a bit more, but worth it with all the upgrades inside. The carpet is brand new in the bedrooms!
