That is standard pre-trib dispensationalism. I happen to agree with it too except for the part about God's Spirit being withdrawn from the earth. I think He will still be here quickening some folks and working in those who allow it.

The Holy Ghost will be here only NOT as a restrainer in the church. When the salt is taken out the preservation is gone.

Yeshua said after his coming they will not be saved. Notice verse 30.

Yet men say they will be saved. Who do YOU believe?

I don't know about it being heresy, but I agree that pre-trib rapture is inconsistent with the rest of the Word in regards to salvation. There is only one gospel and one Savior and today is the day of salvation. There is no salvation after the rapture of the church, only the wrath of God upon an unrepentant, ungodly world devoid of the presence of God.
