Thanks for posting this. I do feel some folks do not realize, due to legalities, that the organization cannot just jump inot every situation. There is a process that has to be followed and I would say the majority of the time it is.

Unfortunately, there have been those times it was subverted. I sincerely believe those to be incredibly few. Folks claim to know of "several" but many times they are lacking all of the details and what was done.
