IF he did in fact admit guilt not sure why the light sentence. I have heard that sometimes someone will admit guilt even if they are not guilty to avoid trial? This kind of trial could ruin his business for sure. IF that is the reason maybe that is why he is not on the sex offendered list.

Regardless if the uncle pled guilty to avoid a harsher sentence, he would
in essense, be lying. No lie is of the truth. There is never an excuse for
telling untruths. What is truth! Fact, according to fact. What is not truth
is error or a lie. Buy the truth and sell it not!!! May God have mercy on all
concerned, in Jesus Name!
