You can look the part, play the part...and you may be involved in the part... I don't know...
But your attitude towards your Elders and those who have may played a part in your life is represented here...

I'll let MB speak for himself, but did you, in fact, immediately start interrogating him about standards etc.?
Does not sound like he really received a friendly "How Do You Do?" to me...
BTW I have missed your contributions on AFF. (Well, at least some of them!  )
