I love it that although the conspirators lied by stating that
all the administrators were in favor of the decree (Daniel was foremost of three administrators and knew nothing about it), he chose to simply trust God and kept living his life the way he always had. He prayed to his God, and honored the king.
It was a miracle that God had shut the lion's mouth, but even more of a miracle that a man accused was able to keep his own mouth shut and trust God to vindicate him. We could all learn from Daniel.
