Remember the whole birther junk-- that's what it was undignified and I'll go as far as call it even racist junk! It didn't just get out of hand with some people concerning their disdain for the President, they started out that way from his day one.

Some of it was race related. We're not a post-racial society yet.

This isn't something new with obama. The Republicans in Congress didn't want Bill Clinton to succeed either.

How about the Speaker of the House bypassing the White House and diplomatic protocol to invite Netanyahu to speak at Congress?

Not racism, but the disrespect for the President and the Office has gone to a new level since Obama's election.

This subject doesn't bring out positive thoughts in me and so I am kindly going to bow out.

What's wrong with that? I wouldn't have my daughter listen to his lies either. Had I children when Clinton was in office, I wouldn't have had them listen to him either.

That was one Congressman, who committed a breach in protocol. He was right, obama lied. But he shouldn't have yelled during the SOTU address. Of course, obama also broke protocol by publicly scolding the SCOTUS during one of his SOTU addresses. That was just as bad.

I'm tired of people whining about this. obama was in control and could have settled the issue at the first question. He didn't. He deliberatly chose to sit on it and allow people to speculate. You and obama and other liberals have no one to blame but obama himself.

Please post this alleged protocol. I've been hearing Boehner broke protocol, yet haven't seen where and what this rule is. Seriously, post this protocol which you and your fellow libs claim has been broken.

They don't mention Nancy Pelosi inviting an Armenian Bishop to speak before Congress, undermining Bush during wartime. She went on to push through legislation recognizing Armenian genocide ticking off our Turkish allies. That prevented us from sealing the Iraq and Syria border.
