If all Elders starting teaching this you would see a great reduction in sin.

Amen! Touchy subject right now, I know, but you couldn't get a Muslim to steal a dime from you...etc.

I guess some guys are at least attempting a Hebrew/English translation right now..."Messianic Bible," I think it is.

Don't you mean "is?"
"Some believe that the lost roast in a literal lake of fire forevermore. I have trouble with that position, but it is a valid position. Others believe that God can still reconcile the lost in eternity after they have been corrected, many theologians believe that this too is a valid position."
I can't help but connect this-
-but not meaning they are equal-
-to the Scriptural def of "the sea, waters."
"Understand I AM"?

You are speaking the LAW, my friend. Jesus said if you look at a women to lust you have.....
We are called to a higher law, the law of love. The LAW is for the lawless, not for those that are in Christ.

Uhhh Jesus is the one I am quoting. See?
Jesus HATES iniquity!
Jesus LOVES righteousness!
9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. Heb. 1:9
In the law of LOVE Jesus said "Blessed are the PURE IN HEART for they shall see God". Matt 5:8
Man takes sin lightly as if it is nothing. Gods hates it while loving righteousness. The delusions men accept make sin so comfortable we could lay down beside it and take a nice peaceful nap. Yep nothing at all. No need to wake up from sleep. Sleep on......

You are very sadly mistaken, if you think that is my attitude toward sin, sin is a travesty, man's headstrong resistance to God and righteousness visits a harvest of pain and destruction, upon his head.

Amen. We are much more comfortable
with satan than with God. Saved people, too.
It is worth meditating upon that if
God were in the next room from you right now,
say He just suddenly popped in, in all His glory,
you would not be reading this right now,
because you would be running the other way.
