I am anxious to use it as those little table tops are restricted in what they can cook as it takes longer & can't get so hot, not to mention there is more cooking area!
Any good recipes, tricks, or marinades?
I gots to go put it together!

WE are already over the 100 mark. We are looking forward to our cool front that is coming through and will bring things down into the 90's for the weekend.

We have a gas grill... we call it a stove... and we keep it in the house.

Re: I Bought A BBQ Grill!
Therein lies the problem;it's all semantics!
As a northerner (and proud or it!) there are grills: gas, charcoal, whatever and you grill> ie cook meat or veggies.
Then there is BarBQ which is generally beef, pork or chicken that is cooked over seasoned wood (apple etc) and smoked...the meat can have a dry rub first or be cooked au natural. When cooking is done it is served/smothered with the BarBQ sauce.
Even in the cold north there are restaurants that specialize in barbeque and are often quite good!
I haven't tried any but KC is reported to have great barbeque.
And YES, there are rumors that TX has great barbeque too!
