What's a crunch, anyway? LOL! Sounds familiar, but I forgot.
To me it is a sit up where you hold your stomach firm as you crunch up and down. There are football players that do as many as 2-3,000 per day. I range from 800-1200 per day. It leaves all muscle and a six pack, I literally have no areas of fat build up on my body.
I managed to lose 80 pounds over the past 2 years, but I'm afraid I have to put aside my losing streak for awhile. I'll be gaining some over the next few months, but I'm going to try for no more than 20!

JT I will pray that your physical body catches up with your interests and desires. Great news on keeping the weight off for 3 years, that is my inspiration, know there is hope that I can continue to work at being more healthy.

Thanks for the kind words and motivating words. Even though I have lost it and gained muscle I am still NO WHERE near where I want to be. Since I have asthma I don't have great stamina but I put it hard for the time I have then rest a touch and then back at it. I am thinking of getting some snorkle gear and feet fins and start swimming.
