That is crazy, the weird thing is, we don't get snow (well, once every ten years or so) but in CA where I am at, this morning it was 38 when I was leaving for work. Shiver!

Well those pics are looking a little like my yard here in illinois randy.

Our home sits on a hilly acre with about 15 trees. I've got limbs down all over the yard.

It is beuatiful to look at though., but a mess to clean up.

I just filled five buckets with water plus filled a cpl sinks and the tub in anticipation of loosing the power lines.
We are on on our own well, so no power no water ;-(

Hope we don't but wejust had people close to us without power for almost a week after last ice storm.

Merry Christmas !!

Best of luck. Will you have heat if you lose power?

We are still without power! But...we belong to a small co-op (only 12,000 customers), so we may actually get power on before those with the bigger companies.

Here are some pics with ice on the trees and what our yard looks like now that everything has thawed out. Fortunately, no really terrible damage, except to our poor trees, and a big mess to clean up this weekend.
