My Lord in heaven have mercy!!!!!! We could have a church on every corner and still not run out of people to preach to!

The churches who leave will have far greater freedom to reach the lost as they have longed to.....if they preach the right message and I'm not talking about doctrine. They can have right doctrine and still not reach the lost. It all depends on WHY they left.
Are you making a distinction between doctrine and THE DOCTRINE? Everything that is taught as principle or concepts of the word of God including the love of God revealed in Christ is a doctrine. Doctrine is teaching.

Bro. Epley,
That is an insult to you, to all the people in your church, and to the minister that planted that church 48 years ago. You are not considered "a church" by the UPC because you are not part of their organization? There is something wrong (unChristian) with the attitude that would call a town "unchurched" if it had Oneness Pentecostal churches in it but they were not UPC. Why don't they just classify it as a town with no UPC church?

Because it is their way of portraying a greater urgency, so that someone might develop a burden to go... I don't imagine they take into account any other Apostolic church if it is not UPC, when they mention it...

How do other Apostolic organizations address it or do they?

I am making a distinction between "doctrine" in general and "doctrine" as it refers to the salvation. Churches can have right salvation doctrine and not have right principles when it comes to treatment of people.

Funny thing is, I mentioned to my pastor that if some other churches in our town pull out, then the organization will open up slots in our city. He said "Great, we need more apostolic churches in this town, I don't delude myself into thinking that we can reach everyone". Bear in mind, he was including all the non-UPC apostolic churches in our town, of which there are many. Why can't we all get that mentality, it's about the kingdom, not individual churches.

Good thoughts DD.

That is an admirable attitude. Unfortunately, many people propagate what they learn. The UPC has sown to the wind and is reaping the whirlwind of bad seed that has been sown. The whole "one church per city" debacle is a perfect example. I know not everyone embraces that heresy, but that seed has been sown in too many places.

It will be very interesting! There are cities, say in NC, that have well over a hundred thousand in population. There is only one 'UPC' church there with NO others ever being allowed in.......that is about to change.
