Re: Seconds of Pre Embryonic Life of Jesus Christ?

As I suspected, those that teach the mystical union cannot deal with the fact that "dual nature, H/U, incarnation" has it's origins in Babylon.

This is why....

Hypostatic union

Hypostatic union (from the Greek: ὑπόστασις hypóstasis, "sediment, foundation, substance, subsistence") is a technical term in Christian theology employed in mainstream Christology to describe the union of Christ's humanity and divinity in one hypostasis, or individual existence.[3]

The First Council of Ephesus in 431 AD recognized this doctrine and affirmed its importance, stating that the humanity and divinity of Christ are made one according to nature and hypostasis in the Logos.

Hypostasis[edit]
Main article: Hypostasis (philosophy)
The Greek term hypostasis had come into use as a technical term prior to the Christological debates of the late fourth and fifth centuries. In pre-Christian times, Greek philosophy (primarily Stoicism) used the word.[4][5] Some occurrences of the term hypostasis in the New Testament foreshadow the later, technical understanding of the word.[citation needed] Although it can translate literally as "substance", this has been a cause of some confusion;[6] accordingly the New American Standard Bible translates it as "subsistence". Hypostasis denotes an actual, concrete existence, in contrast with abstract categories such as Platonic ideals.

In Kierkegaard's Philosophical Fragments, the dual nature of Christ is explored as a paradox, as "the ultimate paradox", because God, understood as a perfectly good, perfectly wise, perfectly powerful being, fully became a human, in the Christian understanding of the term: burdened by sin, limited in goodness, knowledge, and understanding.[7] This paradox can only be resolved, Kierkegaard believed, by a leap of faith away from one's understanding and reason towards belief in God; thus the paradox of the hypostatic union was crucial to an abiding faith in the Christian God.

As the precise nature of this union is held to defy finite human comprehension, the hypostatic union is also referred to by the alternative term "mystical union."

.....Rome is called "mystery Babylon, mother of harlots" in Rev. 17.

And all of Rome's daughters teach her similar doctrines.

Repeated yourself much?

You are in error because you do not acknowledge that God is His Logos, and His Logos became flesh. (John 1:1, John 1:14)

You teach there are two (maybe more) gods because you cannot accept the One True Almighty God conceived and implemented His Logos through Jesus.

Jesus is the Savior of mankind, yet God proclaims He is the ONLY savior. (Hosea 13:4; Isaiah 43:11-13, Isaiah 45:21-22) And this salvation is available only through Jesus. (Acts 4:12; John 8:24; John 14:6) Thus we have God is the only Savior and Jesus is the only Savior. Using your reasoning we would have two Saviors. But when one understands the meaning of God's Logos, then they realize that this Savior is simply One God implementing His Logos plan through Jesus, which is His Logos made flesh.

This is One God 101--simple stuff.

It does matter what Sean believes. Because Sean made up his own doctrine. No one else on the planet believes that Jesus is a literal giant man. Who is so big He is omnipresent.

Like I said, it does not matter what Sean believes.

It does not eliminate the Babylonian roots of hypostatic union doctrine, for oneness AND trins.

It does matter what you believe.

You believe Jesus is literally bigger than the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

I am here to expose the Babylonian roots of H/U doctrine.

If I offer a new approach, as in reading the Bible as it is written, then it is foreign to these Babylonian presuppositionists.(H/Uists)
