With all the smartphones around these days, just about anything you do or say can be recorded any place, any time. This is a wake-up call to the seriousness of what can be done with these videos.
I listened to the clip, and didn't find it hate speech. He doesn't hate the Muslims, but he hates what they do (blow up people) and there is a big difference.

Speech that supports traditional, Western, Christian values, or which opposes leftist, liberal, socialist-communist multicultural anti-Western and anti-traditional American values, history, and culture.
As for "the law of the land" that is a rubric for placating the plebes who still think we live in a republic of laws and not a neo-feudal wasteland where money and might make right.
