This ties into another thread, but this is outrageous.
Good article, but the graphic is very telling.

Yep.
I have a good friend who obtained a large loan through the SBA.
He basically used it to pay off his home mortgage.
Government needs to shrink, dramatically.

Bundy land is full of gold and uranium and copper. Hammond land in Oregon is same same.
I smell a rat on all sides.

I doubt that is true (the land "full of gold, copper, and uranium").
Seriously, "Eminent Domain" is in the Constitution. The Feds aren't claiming Eminent Domain in these cases out west, but they could, if they so desired.
Then what?

JD - why use eminent domain when you can run them off their land and buy it on the cheap? If you declare eminent domain, then you have to pay them fair market value.
