Jerry cox plead guilty as part of a plea agreement. Jan 28 he will be sentenced.
That's sad news, but I wouldn't jump to any conclusions I don't know what was in the plea agreement or how it was reached.

I would bet that 99.7% of the time someone pleading guilty is guilty.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

NEW ORLEANS – A prominent Washington Parish pastor has pleaded guilty on federal charges that he withdrew large amounts of cash to avoid federal reporting requirements for currency.
U.S. Attorney Kenneth A. Polite announced that JERRY COX, age 72, of Franklinton, pled guilty today to a one-count Bill of Information charging him with structuring financial transactions to avoid federal reporting requirements.
COX faces a maximum term of imprisonment of not more than 10 years in prison, followed by up to 3 years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine. U.S. District Judge Nannette Jolivette Brown set sentencing for January 28, 2016.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
Every sinner must repent of their sins.
That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
Federal courts have an almost perfect conviction rate. If you wind up in federal court you are pretty much going to be convicted. People do plea deals because they are told "if you don't do a plea deal we will stuff you so far under the jail even the warden will forget you ever existed."
Secondly, and most importantly, keep in mind a man has become a felon and faced years in prison for taking his own money out of his own bank account - IN AMERICA, THE LAND OF FREEDOM.
