I think that this is a good for transparency. We have a pretty good idea of what happened. I don't believe the White House was involved and that has already been proven that the White House was not involved. Still, if there is more to come out, let it come out.

No it hasn't been. Where's the proof the WH wasn't involved? The Congressional investigation is ongoing. They're fighting to get documents from Lerner which were incredibly lost when her hard drive "crashed." (And then was dumped and destroyed.)

JD - if it is good for transparency, why did the IRS refuse to give the list until ordered by the court?

Sometimes, the cover up is worst than the crime itself.

It wasn't some far-reaching conspiracy involving the White House. It was a few people at the IRS that thought it was a good idea.

I do not know about the second and I do not think you "know" either.
