I'm thinking another hair cutting party is long past due... like the party at that one church pastored by that guy that used to post here.
His wife sat on the holy altar... the scissors shimmered when he held them to her holy magic hair ...then CHOP! Her glory fell to the ground. She jumped up immediately, speaking in tongues. The interpretation came forth... here ye, here ye, I setteth you free of legalith-ism!

I will also say I don't believe everyone was called or qualified to be Pastor either
