The issue is not that he made up a girlfriend, but that he fictionalized an entire narrative, in order to make himself look better and score political points. And not only fictionalized it, but put it in HIS auto-biography.

Would your reaction be the same if this was GWB's auto-biography or Mitt's auto-biography?

Yes. I've seen you post article after article on him every day. He consumes you. I don't know of anyone that has a problem with an ordinary author combining different people from his life into a single person to make his story more tellable. Does it change the meaning of his lifes story? NO! It only changes the minor details enough so that it will read better.

BHO makes it so easy that it is like shooting fish in a barrel, as the old saying goes...
He really doesn't consume me and I have resigned myself to his re-election.
What does interest me is those who support him and his policies.
I am amazed at how anyone can support him.
Here is an example:
BHO calls Romney a flip-flopper, yet his administration has flip-flopped on numerous issues.
There was one just in the last week. They announced that farm kids would not longer be able to perform basic farm chores. After the public outcry they reversed their decision.
Like I stated, it's like shooting fish in a barrel!

No, it's scary that someone in public service would even think that way.
Very scary.
I deal with government agencies, every day and have for over 20 years.
The arrogance they have started displaying over the last 3 years is unbelievable.

BIASED much? I think so. I'm with JD. Obama is the boogeyman.

I want a leader that listens to the public. That's a pro for me. I don't want someone that's just goina push everything he wants down everyones throat. I understand that some things must be treated that way in order to get them to change and as long as that change ends up being for the better I'm okay with that but not everything needs to be that way.

BHO is not the boogeyman.
The vision of where he wants to take this country is.
My ancestors have shed blood on this soil and to protect this soil.
Some were on the "winning" side and some were on the "losing" side.
I have to remind myself, that there is one who shed his blood for me and this is not my home.
If I did not have that hope, I would be of all men most miserable.
For now, I just enjoy my little repartee with you!
