I don't get it. The only improvement in Perrys performance is he didn't say oops. I thought the Tebow line was LAME for someone running for president. And Bachman?! Really someone thinks she was impressive? Huntsman was better than either, but all 3 have no chance. Ron Paul is his own worst enemy, not his debating skills, but his head in the sand policy with Iran.

All of his answers, when he was finally asked some, were solid Constitutional answers. His reference to Tebow was endearing. The Iowa audience loved it.
Huntsman? The guy that thinks you are a wingbat if you don't believe in global warming and evolution? Puleeze.
Bachmann, who won't win, but put the screws on Gingrich? She had a great night! Thank you, Michelle.
Ron Paul is his own worst enemy. He is in some trouble for his racist newsletters. Conservatives Network got a hold of some of his earlier letters. He denied writing them, but it's turning out that he did. Now that is a big "oops", if I ever heard it.

Just sayin Huntsman makes a better case for himself than either Perry or Bachmann. Personally the sooner Huntsman and Bachmann get out, the better, I'm not sure which I dislike more.
Perrys best shot a presidency is a BHO relelection and Texas declaring independance. Not really a bad plan B.

You don't read his policies ( http://www.rickperry.org/) or listen to him (probably only negative news clips). You don't know him. That's a shame. I wish you did. He will make a great president.
I am voting for him, not only because of his "consistent", conservative record, but because the GOP Establishment, along with Fox News, are hard on ignoring him. We need a third party really bad.
Okay, last post. Enjoyed the conversation, Jason.

Re: Fox Debate Tonight!
Okay, one more for Perry's record.
Quote:
$1.6 billion surplus projected for Texas
AUSTIN -- After a long run of tough times brought on by a sour economy, Texas lawmakers got some good news Monday as the state's chief fiscal officer projected a $1.6 billion surplus that could provide a much-needed financial cushion for the next session of the Legislature.
