Recipes from Guatemala - check it out!
Ok, my wife has taken it upon herself to document as many of Guatemala's "typical" recipes as possible. We're putting them on our website, and some are actually pretty easy to make. Take a look when you get the chance...we're adding more all the time! (left sidebar has a list of recipes for now)

That site would be great for Sunday School or VBS! I love the Salsa Ranchera recipe!

I want to eventually feature missionaries and charities in Guatemala. Perhaps that would be helpful, too...
