Your list is a good one but did not mention what I consider the most important aspect, one that I brought up in an earlier post, - judicial appointments.
These childish acting people who are just going to take their ball and go home rather than play because they didn't get their way may insure extremely left wing federal judges and Supreme Court justices are appointed and those appointments are for life! With two Supreme Court justices in their 80's not voting for Romney because he is not conservative enough is cutting off your nose to spite your face.

What they
say and what they actually
do once in office are horses of two different colors. This is why I consider that list all political rhetoric.
You must have forgotten that it was conservative Republican Presidents that appointed conservative Supreme Court judges... that ruled abortion to be legal in the first place.
There are 9 Justices. Seven of them ruled for the legalization of abortion--2 dissented. One dissent was democrat nominated/appointed and one dissent was republican nominated/appointed. William O Douglas was the only other democratic appointed justice. The rest were all republican appointees. That makes the total of 6 Republican appointees and 1 democrat appointee ruling the fate of over 50,000,000,000 unborn children. Considering this piece of evidence/history, does it make a difference? Can we be assured that by appointing a conservative republican justice to the Supreme Court, they will actually rule conservatively and morally? To use the argument of a liberal choosing the nominee of new supreme court justices is ...just fear mongering...a strawman argument.
And what makes you think that some who oppose both candidates will not vote for someone? I will exercise my right to vote and I will not be swayed by people who use condescending verbal tactics. This is not Iraq. If you remember the Iraqi people had only two votes. A yes or a no vote for Saddam. They either voted for or against him. This is how I see people pushing candidates in this election. They are voting for a candidate to vote against a candidate. What has happened to the integrity of the American election process?
You ignored my question about Justice John Roberts. Can you please give me an answer?
As for my opinion about how other people vote, I keep to myself what I think about people who vote for the lesser of two evils.
