I taught this morning on OUR Father.
Tonite I am preaching a message about Him dedicated to Him.
Sounds like some good food --both physical and spiritual.

I do not deserve the goodness extended to me by my family natural and my church family God has been so good to me.

We went to church and I gave my husband a skilsaw and a vintage bookset of JRR Tolkien's works. My son gave him some Jelly Belly's and I think my daughter may have forgotten.

I sent my Dad an e-card. I would have invited him but I'm not sure he would want to come. I will give him a gift card later when I see him sometime.

We went to church..... Our 8 yr old son was Baptized today... and received the Holy Ghost Wed night at youth camp. There was no greater gift hubby & my dad could have wanted on Father's day than to see Michael baptized.

We are working on a nice supper now-- and will spend some time together as a family this evening. (which is really pretty routine for us on Sundays)

My son took me fishing yesterday morning, caught the biggest fish I have ever caught!
He then took me to Outback for supper, and an auction later that evening.

Great day, spent every moment with him!

Awww, they are cute!!

We didn't do much. Went to SS, went out with my parents and sister & her family. Then we went home, napped and then went back to church. My daughters (& I ) bought their dad 18 holes of golf w/a cart. We had a cool golf lamp picked out to buy him for his office but he decided to just go and buy it for himslef without running that by me 2 weeks before Father's day - I was pretty aggeravated!!!! But oh well.
