Is Ethnic Israel Entitled to the Land?
God made a land covenant with Abraham. Abraham is the father of the faithful. ethnic Israel has rejected christ, the seed and heir of Abraham. Those who have faith in christ are the heirs to the land covenant whether messianic jews or gentile.

anything wrong with this logic?

Sounds like that idea could be a corollary of Supersessionism (Replacement Theology).

that is one view i'm trying to understand the differences. if that logic isn't true then ethnic israel is entitled to inherit the land whether they are believers in messiah or not. is that your view?

I believe the land of Israel belongs to Abraham's seed after the flesh through Jacob.

From my point of view NT teaches that natural Isreal was a type of spiritual Isreal. The church. Jesus said the OT spoke of him. If we are the children of Abraham by faith, spiritual Isreal. Isreal has become the church. Then it goes to say that the land promise was also a type of the kingdom of God spiritualy.

Of course all you that believe in a coming earthly throne will not want to agree with this.

I don't think anybody has any right to any land because of ancient prophecies.
