Ben Carson has allegedly let slip the names of potential VPs on Trump's short list. I have doubts this is the actual list. More than likely it was done to see what the reaction would be to these names.
Sarah Palin
Chris Christie
John Kasich
Marco Rubio
Ted Cruz
There's no way Cruz would join as Trump's VP. This may have been a possibility back in the fall. But since then, Trump went
with attacks on Heidi Cruz and Ted's father, not to mention the attacks against Ted himself.
I doubt Rubio would do it. While Trump didn't hit Rubio as hard as he did Cruz, he still attacked Rubio pretty strong.
Palin, Christie and Kasich would join the ticket. They'd hitch themselves to anyone at this point.
I bet Gingrich is upset he's not on this alleged list. He's been shilling for Trump for a while now.
