Songleader comes out of the closet now...
Thank you evangelist .....for sharing your proof that we have no accurately translated word of God in these last days!(as folks are streaming out of the sanctuary, never to read their Bibles again)...
Wait brethren, dont leave! I am coming out of the closet too!...
Those of us ministers that are left here, lets' sing this song, okay?...
I got the Holy Ghost down in my soul, just like our bad translation says.....
I got the Holy Ghost down in my soul, just like our bad translation says.....
Well I've been through the water and I've been baptized, my soul got happy and I'm satisfied, I wouldn't trade nothing for my bad translation now....
Just like our bad translation, like our bad translation, just like our bad translation says!!!
Oh by the way folks(that are left), dont forget to pay your tithe, we are needy of your support to spread this bad translation message throughout the world!

Where did I say that? You know your Bible studies must be absolute war zones, the minute someone disagrees with you.
I could just imagine if a sister was to come to your Bible study (God forbid with her children), a sister who knows Greek (backwards and forwards like my wife) and you carried on like this when she points out a slight difference between the Greek Textus Receptus with the 17th century wording of the KJV.
This would normally cause a chain reaction (unless you already have a cult following of devout minions) and the honest stable minded students would end up listening to her, and you loosing your argument in front of your students. Why, because what you have shown is that you have melt downs when you are challenged.
Anyway lot has happened since 1535 Desiderius Erasmus presented his final copy of the Textus Receptus to the Roman Church. We have manuscripts dating back to the late 1st century A.D. and the 2nd century A.D., which Erasmus, Wycliffe, and William Tyndale didn't have to their disposal. If they were alive today to read your words concerning their work, they would stoutly rebuke you due to your blind adherence to foreign language... Elizabethan English!
Wycliffe was declared a heretic, his body exhumed and bleached bones burned. Tyndale was strangled and burned at the stake for translating the New Testament. But what do you do? You dogmatically defend Elizabethan English as staunchly as the 16th century Popes defended Latin.
There are 17th century translators rolling in the graves.

Re: Effective evangelists?
Just come out of the closet and tell them what you always wanted to tell them....Stop lying to those congregations about your beliefs when you hold the Bible up and tell them you are holding up the word of God...tell them exactly what you are telling us online, okay...like this....
Here is when one of these preachers finally comes clean and tells the saints what he thinks of the Bible...

Oh yeah I forgot to show you this one also...Romans 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death.
We bury the dead completely(baptism is a burial), not sprinkle dirt on them or leave them sticking out of the ground.

Sean, please reconcile your analogy of being buried completely by dirt with the meaning of baptism in Acts 2:38.
Are you saying that when you teach Acts 2:38 you don't tell your listener baptism's meaning but instead read them Romans 6:3-4?
