The disturbing video (above) depicts a young boy at the Apostolic Truth Tabernacle Church in Greensburg, Ind singing “ain’t no homos gonna make it to heaven,” to an extremely enthusiastic, cheering crowd. It has now gone viral, and has been re-posted.
Ain't no homos… so technically the double negative means all homosexuals are going heaven? AWESOME!
But you know what? Heaven is here, on Earth. We’ve already made it!
And we pity all those who live their lives, ignoring the beauty that surrounds them, waiting for something beyond death…
What a waste of so much joyous, human potential!
Hopefully this boy grows up to learn there are MANY heavenly things in this world, and that words written long ago by uninformed persons are not the end all be all of life!

Did they teach the kid ain't no gossipers going to heaven? There is more scriptures in the Bible dealing with gossip than homosexuality. Homosexuality is the pet sin of the decade. In the past the pet sin was whiskey, drugs, rock n' roll. Today homosexuality and abortion are the sins leading the country to hell in a hand basket.

I hope they are teaching him about the sin of gossip. We can't accuse them of not teaching the whole council of God just because you heard a short clip of one small part of a song

Altho that Church is not at all what I am looking for think about it. Today we are considered "hilljacks" if we teach our children that homosexuality is an abomination to God and those who do it will not enter Heaven.

It's one thing to teach it but it's another to sound like an uneducated backwards hick that does not know proper english and rejoices in the idea of sinners going to hell.

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Like I said that kind of Church does not interest me. Nonetheless the "gay" community considers ANY OF US who teach their lifestyle is sinful to be "backward hicks" no matter how "sophisticated" we may think we are.
No matter how nicey we would try to deliver the message we would still be "haters" and the "forces of evil" to them.
